I am working on a challenge for LivingSims forum that has to do with barn makeovers. But we didn’t want to do just the average American barn type, so both me and Sarah have build barns from around the world.

This one is a classic Norwegian old barn in natural stones and red painted wood.

In the sky appartment block

Butterfly house

Here is another prefab house, but it is a bit bigger, then the other pre-fab house. There should be room for at least one child.

It has to be the hardest house I have ever build in the game it liturgically toke me 6 hours to build, so I really hope some of you will like it.

Eat Green

Green dinning is what makes Eat Green special, not only do they only serve organic food, they also produce their own power and collect rain water to use both in their toilets and for watering of their big garden and plants. The pool is filled only with rain water, so at mid summer, the water level is quite a bit lower. Also the water in the pool is chemical free, as it isn’t meant for swimming – making the water useable.
The green plants inside and out keep the air cool around the house by using heat energy to convert water to steam on their leave. It also soften the hard building and make the building itself aborb less heat from the sun. Inside a masive rain-waterfall is the main feature of the two story dining room – reminding everyone of the joy of water.

The restaurant is build out of three recycled building containers stacked on top of each other.

B-line

This little one family starter is perfect for the family with one or two kids. It has a large open living area with a kitchen area. The house have 2 badroom and 1 bath and two stairs to the garden. Small windows at the roof edge provides sunlight in all rooms and open then the house gets to warm.

Mod PreFab

I got another prefab house for you, this one is a tiny bit bigger, and more even more minimalistic then the other ones. It is perfect for a couple as there is entertaining space both indoor and out, and a bit more room for random stuff, though it will properly look better with a really clean style.

Green Pre-fab

Green living has become not only a trend but a lifestyle that will help us make less of an impacted on our planet. A number of companies have specialist in making prefabricated house made out of environmental friendly materials and that help us save as much energy as possible. The house are produced fully fitted with pluming and kitchen fittings and then just moved and installed to your site. In these houses you do not have to be an old hippie to go green. You properly don’t even need to chance many of your habits as the house helps you save energy without you even have to think about it. I made one of these cool prefabricated homes.

Think Green

Someone asked if the eco house as basegame compatible, and sadly it isn’t. So I thought perhaps it is time to fire up the Any-game-starter and make house, that don’t require you to have invested half you spendings in sims games. So I opened up just the basegame and Open For Business and spend a lot of time trying to come up with a design I liked. For some reason it was really hard – but I finally came up with this and I hope you like it.
