While some of us are sweltering in the heat of the summer, others are huddled around the fireplace trying to keep warm. This is the beauty of the Living Sims community. We are from all corners of the world and it is this diversity that gives LivingSims magazine its wonderful collection of unique styles and perspectives. We have had our share of silly fun on the forums this past while with dancing in the chat and feeding one another virtual cheeseburgers. A new challenge “Challenge Me To….” took the forum by storm as people rose to the challenges they were given and what resulted was just short of outstanding! This issue we feature many of our readers’ entries in the different challenges. We are constantly amazed at the talent that is out there. We also take a trip to Twinbrook and highlight some of the new features with our different makeovers.
From a tutorial on making a garden to renovating a private investigator’s office to finding the perfect sunroom, this issue promises a little something for everyone. Now pour yourself a cup of hot cocoa to keep warm or an ice cold glass of lemonade to cool off, find a comfy spot and enjoy this deliciously plump issue of Living Sims. Hello LivingSims readers! Spring is approaching, and with that comes the sudden urge to clear out the old, and if you’re lucky bring in the new. LivingSims has caught the bug too, and issue 15’s theme is organisation, clearing out and cleaning up! Accompanying our theme are interviews from Gosik of TSR, lifestyle4sims, and our very own Declan, and of course we have our usual collection of inspirational articles that you love. So take a look through our pages and see if you don’t feel the need to clean!

I have worked more or less no-stop (or well I slept for 4½ hour), since I came home yesterday to finish up the new issue of LivingSims. It is a massive 220 pages so it has taken a bit longer to do the website and so on then it normally does. Everyone on the staff has done such an amazing job to get it finished. I hope you will enjoy it and leave us a comment if you did. We would also very much like to hear what you think we should do different/better, what you liked best/least, what you think we should do more of. Perhaps even ideas for future article we should consider writing. We would like to hear any of your thoughts about the magazine. We work really hard making it and your comments is part of what makes it worth the trouble.
Living Sims is the web sims magazine that I am editor on. So fare my fantatic staff and I have made 8 issue and we are working on number 9 witch should be ready in just a few days.

LivingSims magazine is about to release its ninth issue, something both all the staff here, and our readers are very proud of. But creating a magazine like LivingSims is no walk in the park, we have a dedicated team of staffers who specialize in certain areas of the magazine, whether it be writing, proofreading or photography. Although we manage to get each issue finished by the deadline, a little extra help is always appreciated. The sims community is full of amazing talent covering all aspects of the sims, and we at LivingSims would love to see that talent put to use here at the magazine ! Right now we’re looking for writers and photographers, but if you want to specialize in another area, perhaps layouts, then thats fine too ! If your interested in becoming part of our magazine simple enter your application at our forum.
