Requires that you have patched your game with the patch that came out in November OR that you have installed World Adventures. This is true for all of my new houses.

I build this house for a contest at Black Pearl called Dream House. I choise to build a big modern beach house.

The house do in­clude a store item – the in­door doors are from the store (Door­way to Ad­ven­tures). If you would re­al­ly like the house and don’t have the door, just write me a com­ment and I will make a ver­sion with­out the door.

Once again I have found a really nice pre-fab house that I just had to build. This one is from Hive Modular, who make some really nice pre-fabricated houses. I want to use it in a challenge I am making over at LivingSims Forum, the challenge isn’t quite finished yet, but I am working on it. The house do include a store item – the indoor doors are from the store (Doorway to Adventures). If you would really like the house and don’t have the door, just write me a comment and I will make a version without the door. Anyway I hope you enjoy it.
