Mod PreFab house – 2 bedrooms – updated

I am sorry but somehow this linked to the wrong version of my house. I have now updated it to link to the right house!

I decided to do a slightly larger version of my Mod PreFab house so a small family would fit in there. Otherwise it is the same as the other house, though I have chanced some windows.

Mod PreFab – the Sims 3 version

This is a Sims 3 version of my Mod PreFab that I made a while back for sims 2. It was quite popular and I think it is a cute little house so I made it again.

Sims 3 Download

Once again I have found a really nice pre-fab house that I just had to build. This one is from Hive Modular, who make some really nice pre-fabricated houses. I want to use it in a challenge I am making over at LivingSims Forum, the challenge isn’t quite finished yet, but I am working on it. The house do include a store item – the indoor doors are from the store (Doorway to Adventures). If you would really like the house and don’t have the door, just write me a comment and I will make a version without the door. Anyway I hope you enjoy it.

Price: Just over 22.000
3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, big open living area.
Not decorated indoor at all.

Sims 3 Download

I remaked one of my most popular houses for sims 3, the b-line house.

This little one family starter is perfect for the family with one or two kids. It has a large open living area with a kitchen area. The house have 2 bedroom and 1 bath and two stairs to the garden. The outside of the house is covered with stone slates, so it is it needs very little work, to stay looking good.

Inspired by this house @ Inhabitat

This time I made it in furnished version and the garden is a lot bigger then it was in the sims 2 version, due to the bigger lots in sims 3.

Price furnished: 40.785
Price unfurnished: 25.267 – so it is not a starter house

Butterfly house

Here is another prefab house, but it is a bit bigger, then the other pre-fab house. There should be room for at least one child.

It has to be the hardest house I have ever build in the game it liturgically toke me 6 hours to build, so I really hope some of you will like it.

Eat Green

Green dinning is what makes Eat Green special, not only do they only serve organic food, they also produce their own power and collect rain water to use both in their toilets and for watering of their big garden and plants. The pool is filled only with rain water, so at mid summer, the water level is quite a bit lower. Also the water in the pool is chemical free, as it isn’t meant for swimming – making the water useable.
The green plants inside and out keep the air cool around the house by using heat energy to convert water to steam on their leave. It also soften the hard building and make the building itself aborb less heat from the sun. Inside a masive rain-waterfall is the main feature of the two story dining room – reminding everyone of the joy of water.

The restaurant is build out of three recycled building containers stacked on top of each other.

Mod PreFab

I got another prefab house for you, this one is a tiny bit bigger, and more even more minimalistic then the other ones. It is perfect for a couple as there is entertaining space both indoor and out, and a bit more room for random stuff, though it will properly look better with a really clean style.

This house is also inspired by a house at inhabitat

Basegame version of the green-container. It is not half as nice as the ofb version and you will at least need to chance the fences, if you have an ep installed.

Natural walls and floor

So you liked the grass floor I did, then you will love this as well! I toke maxis terrien paint textures and made them into walls. Most of them were already there for floors, but the rock paint from BV wasn’t there so I made that as well. You get four grass walls, one rock and one sand wall.
