It is somewhere between a potato mash and boiled potato with herbs.
- Butter/olive oil
- Fresh herbs: Thyme, parsile, chives etc.
- Water for boiling the potatos
- You slightly overcook the potatoes
- Drain the water off
- Add herbs of your choice and a bit of butter/oil
- Put the lid back on
- Shake the pot like crazy - till they start to break but not so much that they turn into mash
- Pop them in a bowl and serve them
