Green living has become not only a trend but a lifestyle that will help us make less of an impacted on our planet. A number of companies have specialist in making prefabricated house made out of environmental friendly materials and that help us save as much energy as possible. The house are produced fully fitted with pluming and kitchen fittings and then just moved and installed to your site. In these houses you do not have to be an old hippie to go green. You properly don’t even need to chance many of your habits as the house helps you save energy without you even have to think about it. I made one of these cool prefabricated homes.

Dorm

Here is a simple dorm for you.

It is build in the basegame, but if you have university installed you can make this house into a functional dorm by replacing the doors of the small rooms with dorm room doors; giving them a “stemless stove” and putting in this cheat: “changeLotZoning dorm”. If you need to enable any of the locked functions in the dorm put in: boolProp dormSpecificToolsDisabled false

Beauty of decay building

I made this lot for my forum challenge Beauty of Decay – it is basegame compatible, but ready to made into flats. Just change to doors and type in “changeLotZoning apartmentbase” in the cheat window. You can also decorate the outside so it because much more decayed.
