Mod PreFab – the Sims 3 version

This is a Sims 3 version of my Mod PreFab that I made a while back for sims 2. It was quite popular and I think it is a cute little house so I made it again.

CC used in the lot – not required but recormended:
- Modern Kitchen Window by Angela @ TSR
- Plain Half Wall by cyclonesue @ TSR *pay* Or you can use Flabaliki half wall @ mts but this will give you a visible edge between wall and half wall, which is less disable. Another free alternative is Gosik’s half wall @ TSR

Colour Palette • Pale green

This is another room from the same house – I really liked the colours and thought some of you might want to use something like that.

Greens: #aecba5 • #acc67c
Yellow: # deab3c
Very pale green: #dedfc1

Modern Kitchen

As you know I like colour and I like choices, so the renge of colours that came with BBsims’ kitchen, was just too small, so I had to make some more.
