I build this house for a contest at Black Pearl called Dream House. I choise to build a big modern beach house.

The house do include a store item – the indoor doors are from the store (Doorway to Adventures). If you would really like the house and don’t have the door, just write me a comment and I will make a version without the door.

2 bedrooms; 2½ bath, 1 studio + 2 big open living areas.

Hive b-line

Once again I have found a really nice pre-fab house that I just had to build. This one is from Hive Modular, who make some really nice pre-fabricated houses. I want to use it in a challenge I am making over at LivingSims Forum, the challenge isn’t quite finished yet, but I am working on it. The house do include a store item – the indoor doors are from the store (Doorway to Adventures). Mod PreFab

I got another prefab house for you, this one is a tiny bit bigger, and more even more minimalistic then the other ones. It is perfect for a couple as there is entertaining space both indoor and out, and a bit more room for random stuff, though it will properly look better with a really clean style.

Arne Jacobsen chairs

I love Arne Jocobsen furniture, particular the egg and the swan, though Seven is a favourite as well. I while back I made a huge stack of recolours of the chair. Sadly I don’t have previews of them all, but I do pictures showing all the colours and crazy patterns. I hope you will enjoy them.
