One of my good friends gave me a heads up that the house was not in the file, only the couple living there was in the download. I am sorry about that. Please redownload the house.

I build this house for a contest at Black Pearl called Dream House. I choise to build a big modern beach house.

The house do include a store item – the indoor doors are from the store (Doorway to Adventures). If you would really like the house and don’t have the door, just write me a comment and I will make a version without the door.

2 bedrooms; 2½ bath, 1 studio + 2 big open living areas.

I finally got around to learn how to make patterns for sims 3! It has taken me way to long. I have made you five fun animal patterns and has remade my Orla Kiely inspired pattern. All my patterns are fully recolorable. The animal ones have from 2 to 4 chancels. The Orla Keily one has 3 chancels. They all look great in a range of different colours, but I will let you self figure out which fit your sims’ needs best.

The goldfishs are for Declan and the girafs are for Carrie. But the duckbills are dedicated for Declan as he has praised them with any given chance! So these are for you.

NB: the animal patterns are a bit hard to locate in the menu as the symbols are rather hard to find. Look for empty or almost empty patterns in the right colour. I am sorry about this and it is only due to my lack of experience working with patterns. The animal prints can be found in Themed and the Orla Keily pattern is in Geometric.

I made a rebuild of a sims 2 house that I am quite fund of. It is inspired by a Sears house from the 1930s, but does not have the original floor plan as it that is very annoying to play with the game.

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a big open living area.

It would seem that they download community can read my mind, i was wishing for a bed just like this one the other day then I was decorating a bed room. So thank you Xerendipity for making it!

I don’t know if this page hold other great stuff, but I think it is worth checking out the site just for the bed. You need to register to download it, but not to view the page.

Here is another little known site: Game Report. It is a forum so you have to register to see their stuff, but I think it is worth it. They have a good stack of useful everyday items like a washer and an iroing board – stuff like that that makes your home look that little bit more compleate.

Last week I found a site that has the cutest stuff! It is not on the update sites I follow so I thought many of you might no know it either. They got around 20 new cute meshes like this tea set, but they also got all kinds of cleaning stuff. You should really check their site out. Perhaps you will need google to help translate it for you (language tools next to the search bottom at google) as the site is in Spanish or Portuguese.

I finally finished the first part of my geek chic project. It toke a lot longer then I planed it to take, because I keept making stupid little mistakes, and with the new sims 3 system, every little setting needs to be just rigth.
