The staffers at LivingSims Magazine and I have been ranting a lot about how annoying it is that there is no collection folder feature in Sims 3, like there was in Sims 2. It is one of the most useful features for us decorators! I can never find that little coffee cup I am looking for because I just have too much stuff in the misc. decoration area.
After ranting and ranting about it we decided to do something about it and start a petition to ask EA if they would please consider bring back the feature. But for this to be a convincing tactics we need you and all your friends to sign the petition.
So if you would also like EA to bring the Collection Folder feature up into Sims 3, please sign the petition today!

This is a Sims 3 version of my Mod PreFab that I made a while back for sims 2. It was quite popular and I think it is a cute little house so I made it again.

When sims move in to their first home they have very little money, even fewer if they move out from their parents into their first home (at least if you have a hack that only give them their share of the money), so I though I might share some of my ideas for small starter home, you will find them here. I will try to add a little comment to each picture, so you can see what the idea was with this shot.

This the family I play in sims 3 right now. I must say that the game is a lot harder then sims 2. I have played them over a week and they only got one friend, none of them in love and non of them is over level 2 in their career. They earn very little money as well – pr perhaps furniture is just more expensive – anyway the indoor is a bit bare right now, but that will change.
Eliot and Henry Green are siblings. They brought a house together with their inheritage money from their parents. The money only just got them the house, so they had very few furniture from the start. The house is an eco friendly pre-fab, but they wish they had gotten the more expensive supply pack as all their hardware keeps breaking (cool thing cheep stuff break more often and give you bad moodlets such as cool shower).

I finally got the game yesterday and spend all day playing, as you can imagen. Overall I really like it though there are some small things that annoys me. My graphic card can’t really deal with the high settings, so I am playing with them to find something that looks good but also let me play without lag.
They included mostly very traditional style furniture and windows – very basegame-ish, so very little modern stuff was included. I really miss that. Anyway it will take me some time to get used to the build tools so it will take me a bit before you got any CC from me, though I do have some rather good recolours by now.
I have made my self in the game (hit the picture), but I only played me and my boyfriend for a few days, just to get things started. I don’t like playing my self. So I made a new couple of sims – The Green family. I try to take pictures, so you can see what is going on. I will try to keep you updated in the gallery I made for them.
I hope you enjoy your game as much.
