I don’t really like the basegame hospital much and I do want smaller community lots, so I set out to build a small clinic. I think this one was build in the 1980s and was probably modernised a few years back. I hope the lot will take care of all of your sims’ health care needs!

All EPs required though Generations, All SPs though Town Life Stuff and a fully patched game (1.24)
If you want the lot to function as a hospital you need to change the main door to Jynx’s rabbit hole hospital door
