Welcome to Sunset Valley’s brand new business complex. A group of local business all rent a space here. There is the local tattoo artist who wanted a clean and modern store that will set her apart from the cheaper and creepier tattoo parlours in the area. A small food store has rented a space near the street. A book store chain has a store in the court yard (Green Books), the local day spa has rented the space over the above the bookstore. The local newspaper and a architecture rent the rest of the space.
I build this so I could have a good amount of my Rabbit holes on one lot. I will use this for my business work place, the grocery store, the book store and the day spa.
