Tonight I felt like building a residential house instead of community lots so I went over to the contemporist.com to find some inspiration which took me to a Swedish architect’s website: johansundberg.com – he have drawn some beautiful modern houses. This one fit one of the cliff lots in Sunset Valley perfectly, so that is what I ended up building.

I was trying to build without any CC but it is just impossible with modern houses in the basegame, so I have used a single window and a few Bauhouse windows from the store – they are not included in the file so you can just replace them with something else if you want to.
