I build this a few weeks back. It is a strip mall for my version of Sunset Valley. It holds a grocery store, a café, a bookstore and a pet store. You can change the pet store register to a normal register if you do not have Pets Limited Edition.
There is used quite a bit of CC from Around the Sims and some items from the EA store

I have recently gotten Showtime and tried to install your strip mall but I get the error that I don’t have the latest software even though I’m fully patched (1.33) and have all expansion/stuff packs. Is there anything you or I could do? I did have this previously installed before with no errors.
