Behind Sunset Valley Stadium you find two old warehouses. For the longest time, they were run down and abandoned, but five years back a former sports star from the local team brought the place and turned it into a modern gym complex. The gym has a little café, showers, a boxing studio, a pilates and aerobic studio, a workout room, a martial arts training area and a dance studio, so you can really find anything you want for your fitness needs.

NB: If you want the lot to function as a stadium you need to change the big door to Jynx’s rabbit hole Stadium
