Appartment building with small flats
Lot size: 20×25
4 appartments with 1 room and a bathroom. There is a utility room on the ground floor and a storage unit for each apartment.
Furnished: Only the public areas
These small 1 room flats are based on the flat my cosine lived in then she moved out from her mom’s. They each have 1 big room and a bath room. Her original flat was located in a huge apartment building so the building is my own. It is not meant to be pretty but to be cheap housing.
